Mroads is seeking a "Systems Programmer - z/OS" for one of its direct clients. This is a remote opportunity with the client.
Required Experience:
- 10 years performing general z/OS systems programming
- 5 years performing installation, maintenance, configuration and support of a wide range of IBM, Broadcom, BMC, and other ISV products
- 3 years mainframe hardware configuration and network configuration/management
- 3 years z/OSMF customization and usage.
Desired Experience:
- Coupling Facility, SYSPLEX, and Structures
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- Storage (DASD and virtual tape) management
- Assembler and REXX programming.
