JOB SUMMARY

MRG is currently looking for a talented Punch Press Operator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Under minimal supervision, set up and operate punch press machinery to manufacture parts.
- Candidates having experience with setting up and operating Stamping Presses with Progressive Dies, Stage Dies, and Coil Feed Lines is preferred.
- Performing complex set ups with little supervision.
- Determining layout of work to be done.
- Inspecting work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors.
- Knowledge of using proper punch and die clearances according to material type and thickness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in machining techniques including fabrication, and assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to operate hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and lathes effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
