Our new build Class-A lease-up, conventional, market-rate property is hiring a PROPERTY MANAGER!
Do you have?
- 2 years of market rate Property Management experience.
- Sales & leasing ability.
- Leadership skills and the ability to direct a growing team and provide accountability.
- Honesty/Integrity.
- A Desire to Learn and Grow.
- A Team Player & Customer Focused Mentality.

The ideal candidate will live within a commutable range to Toledo, OH. or will be able to relocate. All RT Group Properties and MRD Apartment employees are required to consent to a background screen before hire, 2 years in Management preferable to Property Management, Market Rate Leasing Experience, Sales and Marketing background. Understanding of Yardi a plus.
