Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re seeking two dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. If you’re a hard worker, a self-starter, and someone who takes pride in their work, read on!
Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician Full-Time for two of our properties to join a successful existing team servicing MRD Apartments community. electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, troubleshooting all involved as well as snow removal and being a part of an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at single family apartment units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Residential Painting and Dry Wall Repair.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality.
- On call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Dependability: We need someone who shows up consistently and can be relied upon.
- Residential Maintenance.
- Self-Starter: Take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance and repair work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Able to work nights and weekends for emergencies and be available for on call rotation responsibilities.
- Capable of lifting 50lbs.
- Required to consent to a background screen.
- Excellent customer service skills.
