- Flexible 2nd shift schedule:
- Five 8-hour days OR four 10-hour days
What You’ll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate horizontal lathes and vertical mills
- Perform bar feeder, live tooling, and rotary axis setups
- Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining sequences
- Load tools, indicate parts, and set work coordinates
- Machine parts per print while holding close tolerances
- Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Run multiple machines and complete production documentation
- Support LEAN, 5S, ISO 9001-2015, and ISO 13485 initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of CNC machining lathe experience in a job shop environment
- Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and run multiple machines
- Journeyman’s card in CNC and/or Toolmaking
- CAD/CAM knowledge
- Must be a U.S. citizen
