A highly respected, sophisticated midsized Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (4 years’ experience) to join its thriving LA office.

• Acquisitions & dispositions
• Complex commercial leasing
• Joint ventures

• Operational and transactional real estate issues
Associates are given direct client exposure, significant transaction ownership, and the opportunity to help drive deals from term sheet through closing in a genuinely collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

✔ 4 years of substantive real estate transactional experience

✔ Experience with title/survey review, diligence, and closings
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ California Bar admission
✔ A proactive, business-minded, team-oriented approach
