Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional Receptionist to join our clerical team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations by greeting patients, assisting with scheduling, managing communications, and supporting the administrative needs of our doctors and clinical staff. A successful hire must have previous medical experience and experience working with phones.

- Firm arrival time: Before 6:40 AM
- Patient care:
- 7:00 AM–10:45 AM
- 1:30 PM–4:15 PM
- Consultations/New Patient Exams:
- 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 4:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Lunch/Restocking/Cleaning: 12:00 PM–1:30 PM
- Saturday shifts: One half-day per month (paid at 1.5× regular rate when weekly hours are met)
