These roles are designed for individuals who already understand hotel operations and can step in with minimal training to support guest experience and daily operations and are interested in working on a part-time basis.

Front Desk Associate (Evening Shift)
- Typical hours: 3PM–11PM
- Guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and service recovery
- Maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming front desk presence
- Typical hours: 11PM–7AM
- Complete night audit process, including balancing and reporting
- Handle overnight guest needs and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team
- Prior hotel front desk or Night Audit experience strongly preferred
- Marriott FOSSE experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work assigned shift (evenings or overnight), including weekends
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
