What We Offer

• $20–$25/hour starting pay, based on experience
• $800–$1,000 monthly bonus potential
• Overtime available at time-and-a-half

What You'll Do

• Install residential windows and doors
• Measure, level, trim and finish installations
• Use hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, safe job sites
• Work with an experienced Crew Leader
• Learn professional window installation techniques

What We're Looking For

• 1 year carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to read a tape measure
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable team player
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Window installation experience is a plus, but not required!
