What We Offer

- Monthly bonus potential: $800 - $1,000

Job Responsibilities
- Install residential windows and doors to company standards
- Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites
- Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks
- Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures
- Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager
Qualifications
- 1 year carpentry or residential remodeling experience
- Window installation experience is a plus, not required
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
- Metal brake experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
