We’re located near Grassfield High School in Chesapeake, VA, and we’re looking for people who are ready to work hard, have fun, and build a career with a strong team.
What You'll Do
- Represent Mr. Rogers Windows at local neighborhoods, retail locations, and community events
- Meet and engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
- Create interest in our home improvement products and services
- Work with an experienced team that will train and support you
- Help generate quality opportunities for our sales team
What You'll Need
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and in different locations
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Friendly, confident personality and comfortable talking with new people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and motivated to succeed
Pay & Growth
- $17.50/hour starting pay
- $130/day guaranteed based on a full-day schedule
- With bonuses, earn up to $230/day
- Eligible for promotion to $20/hour after 30 days
- Bonus opportunities with $50,000–$60,000 annual earning potential
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time hours available
