Assistant Parts & Accessories Manager

MR Motorcycle has been serving Western North Carolina since 1983, and we're growing. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Parts & Accessories Manager to help lead one of the area's busiest powersports parts departments.
If you're passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or powersports—and you enjoy helping customers while leading a fast-paced team—we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the daily operation of the Parts & Accessories Department
- Provide exceptional customer service at the retail counter, over the phone, and online
- Help manage inventory, merchandising, and special orders
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need
- Coach and support team members while maintaining a positive work environment
- Help grow parts and accessories sales through product knowledge and customer recommendations
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Powersports experience is a plus, but attitude, leadership, and customer service matter even more. We can teach products—we can't teach work ethic.
