Schroader Powersports is a family owned and operated Honda motorcycle dealership, located in Hendersonville, NC. We are committed to excellence in our service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers. We are seeking a skilled parts manager whos drive and values run parellel with ours.
Applicant must have prior parts sales/service management experience, preferably in the Powersport industry.
Applicant requirements:
- Friendly, helpful, and professional communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong product knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar
- Ability to muti task
- Drivers license/Motorcycle endorsement
- References
- Team oriented
- Ability to problem solve for best outcome for both the customer and business
Bonus Points:
- Passion to ride and/or wrench on motorcycles, ATV's, MUV's, etc.
- Familiarity with brands (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Harley Davidson, Dunlop, Fly Racing, etc.)

Job duties:
- Parts sales
- Correlating parts to service department
- Correlating parts to sales department
- Vendor returns
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory management
- Communicate with customers regarding updates and status of transaction
- Perform North Carolina state Inspections
- Perform administrative work to ensure department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Address any issue for best outcome for both business and the customer
Parts Manager position is salary commission based. Applicant must have managerial experience in powersports/automotive industry
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
