We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Powersports Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or other powersports vehicle.
- Build relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Generate leads through phone calls, internet inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Work closely with the Finance and Parts & Accessories departments to create a complete customer experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, marine, or powersports is a plus).
- Passion for motorcycles and powersports.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Basic computer skills.
