What You’ll Do
As a Service Professional, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and improvement services for our residential and light commercial clients.
- Complete a wide variety of repairs and improvements (carpentry, drywall, doors, tile, minor plumbing/electrical, etc.)
- Diagnose issues and develop solutions on-site
- Write and present estimates to customers and close work
- Perform work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Document work with photos and notes
- Deliver a professional, positive experience that turns customers into repeat clients
This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for experienced professionals who can operate independently and represent our brand at a high level.
- 10 years of construction, handyman, or related trade experience (15 preferred)
- Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, doors, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.)
- Comfortable selling your own work and building trust with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
