Position Levels:
- Junior Plumbing Technician: 1–2 years
- Plumbing Service Technician: 3–6 years
- Senior Plumbing Technician: 6 years
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Solving real plumbing problems for homeowners and businesses
- Diagnosing issues and providing long-term solutions, not quick fixes
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures
- Communicating clearly with customers so they feel confident in the work
- Taking pride in clean, high-quality workmanship on every job
- Representing the company professionally in the field
