What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Inside Sales
- Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs
- Educate customers on our services and guide them toward scheduling
- Overcome objections and confidently communicate value and pricing structure
- Follow up on unsold estimates and opportunities to help drive revenue
- Schedule and dispatch Service Professionals efficiently using ServiceTitan
- Optimize routes, job flow, and technician utilization
- Adjust schedules in real-time to handle changes, delays, and priorities
- Ensure technicians are set up for success with clear job details and communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details in ServiceTitan
- Communicate updates between customers and Service Professionals
- Monitor job progress and keep customers informed
- Assist with outbound calls, rehash, and customer follow-up
This role requires someone who can multi-task, think ahead, and take ownership of results.
- 5 years of customer service, dispatching, or inside sales experience (home services industry preferred)
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust and close bookings
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Quick decision-maker who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- $18–$22/hour performance-based bonuses (based on experience)
