What You’ll Bring

- Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
- Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
- Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
- Set up, operate, and break down water treatment equipment at customer job sites as needed
- Travel to customer locations to support installations, troubleshooting, and operational needs
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
- Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and extended shifts based on project demands
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying 50–75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and working in confined spaces for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
- Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise, and varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE, including respirators
