What You’ll Bring

- Mechanical aptitude – comfortable assembling hoses, connecting systems, and supporting equipment setup and operation

- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport water treatment equipment to customer sites across assigned regions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and trailer safety and compliance
- Deliver, position, and assist with startup of industrial water purification equipment
- Assemble and connect hoses and system components to integrate with customer operations
- Monitor equipment performance and record operational and water quality data accurately
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch to coordinate routes, schedules, and job updates
- Ensure trailers and equipment are properly secured, configured, and ready for transport
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements
- Provide basic troubleshooting support and report any equipment or operational issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and work areas to support safe and efficient operations
- Represent MPW professionally while working directly with customers on-site
- Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record and compliance with all DOT requirements
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks
- Willingness to travel regionally with frequent overnight stays and variable schedules
- Basic mechanical or industrial experience preferred, especially with hoses, pumps, or fluid systems
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly and handle heavy hoses and equipment
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended shifts (8–12 hours)
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined or elevated spaces as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and rain
- Ability to work around industrial environments including noise, moving equipment, and chemicals with required PPE
