- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections on equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to maintain functionality and reduce downtime.
- Complete basic electrical maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and component replacement.
- Conduct general equipment repairs using hand tools and standard maintenance practices.
- Perform manual repairs such as fixing structures, components, or mechanical parts as needed.
- Maintain overall facility upkeep, including routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with diagnosing equipment issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Support temporary field assignments to maintain and repair equipment at remote job sites.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and completed work as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance preferred.
- 1–2 years of maintenance, technical school, or hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, equipment repair, and mechanical systems; electrical experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended 8–12 hour shifts, and performing repetitive motions.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces or at varying heights while performing maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators, and work in environments with exposure to chemicals, fumes, industrial noise, and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to field locations for extended periods (days to weeks) and work schedules that may exceed standard 8-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
