Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead design & development of complex software systems
- Define architecture, frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews and manage technical risks
Team Management
- Mentor engineers and support growth
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Support hiring and conduct technical interviews
Project Execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive automation runs and analyze results
- Track and manage defects from regression testing
Process & Quality
- Improve development and delivery processes
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing
- Support QA for reliable and scalable solutions
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as liaison between technical and business teams
- Provide updates on status, risks, and mitigation
- Contribute to strategic and technical decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading software development projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with automation execution, reporting, and defect tracking
