Introduction:
The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on sales, service, Retail Execution, order management, contract management, and Consumer Goods Cloud functionality. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of CRM experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is highly desirable for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on sales, service, Retail Execution, order management, contract management, and Consumer Goods Cloud functionality.
- Drive architectural governance and best practices within the Salesforce environment.
- Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and build complex Apex/LWC solutions.
- Manage integration with external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
