Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and business objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical user stories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including data models, integration patterns, and system diagrams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to off shore development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce implementations
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices
- Assists other Salesforce Dev team members in solutioning and ideating towards increased overall system efficiency
- Participate in Change Action Board activities and production deployments
- Conducts requirement analysis and QA functions.

- 7 years of related experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Development
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is required
- Preferred
- Prior off-shore development work management experience preferred
- Prior banking and/or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with DocuSign is preferred
- Experience with nCino or other loan origination system is nice to have
