Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise system design, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Need Banking Domain Experience
- Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, governance, and performance optimization
- Architect integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments
- Review and optimize Apex code, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals
- Mentor developers and admins; enforce coding standards and design principles
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy, and governance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce architecture
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- Salesforce data modeling, security model, and governor limits
- Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC)
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and design patterns
- Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Knowledge of data migration and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
