Job Title: Program Manager (Non-Technical – IAM)
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ (Onsite – 4 days/week)
Role Overview:
Seeking a Program Manager (Chief of Staff) to support the IAM VP and manage day-to-day operations across multiple directors. This is a non-technical role requiring strong executive-level communication, governance, and program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IAM program deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
Drive governance, reporting, and executive presentations
Track goals, metrics, risks, and program performance
Maintain roadmaps and oversee cross-functional dependencies
Facilitate meetings and support decision-making
Act as point of contact for risks, issues, and escalations
Must-Have Skills:
Exceptional written & verbal communication (executive level)
Strong program management (planning & execution)
Ability to work independently and manage risks proactively
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (IAM preferred)
Expertise in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence
Preferred:
IAM domain knowledge
Tableau / Power BI experience
Comcast / MSO background
Salary : $45 - $50
