- Canvass neighboorhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door
- Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
- Assist customers through the enrollment process
- Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards
- A positive, energetic personality
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Dependability and motivation to grow professionally
- Comfort working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners
- Experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is helpful — but not required
- Ability to commute to our Queens office
- Weekly base pay with uncapped commission and bonus potential
