Responsibilities

- Competitive Weekly Pay - Earn $800-$1,200 per week through base pay plus uncapped commissions. Your performance can directly impact your earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Energy Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions
- Build genuine relationships by having confident, informative conversations that help customers make educated energy decisions
- Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience
- Develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching
- Set personal goals, track your progress, and celebrate your wins as you continue to grow
- Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed
- Earn advancement opportunities based on performance, not seniority
Qualifications
