**The Role**
We're looking for a detail-oriented, discreet part-time bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. You'll work closely with our team to keep client books clean, current, and audit-ready. This is a remote position with set weekly hours.
**Responsibilities**
- Monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients across a variety of industries (categorization, reconciliation, coding)
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close tasks in coordination with our accounting team
- Maintaining organized, accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Communicating clearly and professionally — discretion is non-negotiable
**What We're Looking For**
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced boutique environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Trustworthy and discreet — our clients are private individuals and business owners
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a bonus
**Compensation & Details**
- Part-time, 20 hours/week
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- 100% remote
