Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poughkeepsie, NY, for a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will perform daily tasks such as processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. They will assist in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include organizing and managing administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and fostering effective communication within the organization and with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Order Processing and proficiency in maintaining accurate and efficient sales records
- Background in Sales to support the sales team in achieving targets and nurturing client relationships
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills for organizing documents, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Poughkeepsie, NY
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is a plus
- US Citizenship required to adhere to our ITAR regulations
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
