We are seeking a Marketing Manager who brings creativity, strategy, innovation, and strong execution to our growing team. The Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, support the sales team, strengthen customer engagement, and promote our products and events. This position spans campaign development, social media, content creation, email marketing, website management, paid advertising, tradeshow management, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for delivering measurable results and compelling brand storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support company growth and align with sales and organizational goals.
- Manage marketing channels including websites, social media, email, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee website content, messaging, and user experience to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Plan and manage social media content, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- Build and execute a content strategy that supports the customer journey, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and product-focused materials.
- Lead paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, industry publications) with ongoing performance optimization.
- Create and manage email marketing programs and lead-nurturing initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure performance, improve ROI, and guide future strategies.
- Support tradeshow and event marketing, including materials, promotions, logistics, and show selection.
- Own and manage the annual tradeshow calendar, deadlines, budgets, service orders, and registrations in partnership with Sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, PPC, branding, and campaign planning.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Google Ads, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2G environment.
- Experience managing social media, advertising, and content marketing efforts.
- Certifications related to marketing, analytics, or advertising are a plus.
