What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert support to customers and colleagues with parts-related inquiries
- Accurately quote, process, and track customer parts orders
- Handle calls and emails with a professional, positive attitude
- Create purchase orders and manage inventory to fulfill customer needs
- Process credit card payments and maintain financial accuracy
- Maintain detailed and organized reports and documentation
- Ensure quality control of outgoing parts shipments
- Read and interpret parts and assembly drawings to provide informed service
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service processes

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or customer service experience preferred
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfort with data entry and the ability to learn KSI-specific software
- Confident phone presence and a customer-first mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Basic math and technical aptitude for interpreting parts and pricing
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a quiet, climate-controlled environment
