Responsibilities

- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Engage in retail sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
