Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations and ensure the effective management of our insurance products and services. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring compliance with all regulations including HIPAA.
- Manage benefits administration processes, ensuring that all employee benefits are communicated effectively and administered accurately.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in both inside and outside sales.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance telemarketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in insurance sales and customer service.
- Maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding their insurance policies.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance, sales metrics, and market analysis for senior management.
