You'll be out in the community, building connections with local employers and creating new opportunities. Through strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving, you'll collaborate with team members, service providers, and community partners to ensure high-quality, person-centered support.

In this role, you will:

• Help people build the skills they need to succeed in the workplace and reach their vocational goals
• Guide people through resume building, job searching, applications, and interview preparation
• Provide job coaching, training, and ongoing support to help maintain successful employment
• Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Support people in strengthening interpersonal skills and growing their confidence and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation and play a key role in Life Plan Reviews
• Contribute ideas for new programs and opportunities that enhance quality of life and expand choices
