Master Carpenter

Moynihan Companies seeks to hire a very skilled and reliable master carpenter for commercial site work and layout, home building, and retail maintenance and repair work. This is a job for a very experienced and responsible individual. THIS IS A PHYSICAL WORKING POSITION. CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO BUILD ENTIRE BUILDING FROM LAYOUT TO FINISH WORK AND SUPERVISE ALL OTHER TRADES SUCH AS PLUMBING AND ELECTICAL

WE DO COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL WORK OF ALL KINDS:
Must be able to read blueprints and site plans, including site work. Must be a master at all building skills including but not limited to: Concrete, form and finish, block, wall building, tile, acoustics ceilings, framing- (Commercial, residential, structural) , FRP, Sheetrock, taping, trim work and all carpentry (stairs, decks, doors, windows, railings) painting, machine operating, masonry, plumbing and electrical knowledge.

Candidate to bring own tools is highly preferred, and company vehicle will be provided. Our company will buy any tool or supplies requested of the hired candidate, per each job specification but candidate must have his own ancillary tools. We are adamant about equipping our employees with anything they need to get their tasks accomplished as efficient as possible.

Hiring of master Carpenter Experienced foreman, and working job lead Mandatory experience in the following for consideration:

-Ability to read plans and blueprints and execute such -Experience In running construction jobs and crews, as well as speaking to customers and vendors

-Job layout for Site Work: commercial site work, foundations, framing, commercial and residential construction of all kinds.

-Concrete and masonry work

-Machine Operating: Excavator, backhoe, skid steer

-Master Carpenter of all phases of carpentry-High experience in wood working

-Residential and commercial framing

-Residential and commercial Sheetrock and taping
-Siding, Windows, doors and locks
-Interior and exterior trim and molding of all kinds
-Flooring: Hardwood, Carpet, linoleum
-Tile
-Kitchens and bathrooms full construction
-Countertops, cabinets
-Acoustic ceilings
-Banisters, and railings
-FRP, other kitchen/ supermarket amenities
-Painting
-Handyman work of all kinds

Job Type: Full-time

Typically Mon-Fri 7:00am Start And 3:00-6:00pm End Time, Must be available Saturday If Needed.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year. Typical work day will be between 8-10 hour days, plus lunch time. Days will go over 11 hours at times if necessary to complete a project. Base Pay is $100,000.00.

Health insurance is provided by the company, at approx. 60% coverage of cost
