What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction and Landscaping Laborer position at Moynihan Companies?
Now hiring: experienced, professional laborer, landscaper, and machine operator, preferably with mechanical skills. Projects are largely prevailing wage of $75-$85 per hour, salary otherwise for private jobs. 8 Hour days, Mon-Fri. Saturdays as needed. Work may also be in NY State and require lodging, all paid by the company. Employees must be able to transport themselves to the job site if in state. Company will accommodate all expenses for out of State work.
Must be highly skilled and experienced, with verifiable references. Must be a top notch and professional worker.
Location: Lafayette, NJ
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
-Must pass drug and alcohol test
-Valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record no accidents
-Experienced and skilled in excavation, and operating construction equipment
-Experienced and skilled in masonry, and hardscaping construction
-Experienced and skilled in carpentry,
-Experienced Lawn Maintenance technician able to perform all duties such as mowing with all makes and models, pruning, planting, weeding, cleanups, edging machines, and trimming
-Must have an attention for detail and a level of care for our customers and their properties
-Candidate must be responsible and maintain proper records and paper work for office
-Experience as a crew member is a must. Must have experience and ability as a leader and manage other crew members on a daily basis
-Blueprint reading and knowledge preferred
-Weekends as needed
-Must be available all snow storms
-Work year round
