We’re offering a paid, seasonal Housing Operations Internship for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, housing coordination, and project management.
This is an in-office role based in Irving, TX, designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in Google Sheets. You’ll work closely with our Housing Manager and leadership team to support housing operations for our summer sales program in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
As a Housing Operations Intern, you’ll gain real-world exposure to housing logistics while contributing directly to business operations:
Coordinate with apartment communities and hotels to ensure all leases and agreements are completed
Assist the Housing Manager with sourcing, securing, and closing housing options across multiple markets
Review contracts and leases for accuracy and completeness
Track housing-related expenses using Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Respond to housing and operational questions from sales reps via Zendesk within a 2-hour response time
Provide daily housing status reports to leadership and sales managers
Support housing selection, roommate assignments, move-ins, and offboarding
Ensure housing units are fully prepared for arrival, including furniture, utilities, and insurance
Assist with mass housing communications and updates to sales reps
Be available for in-office arrival and onboarding support during peak months (March–May)
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Clear written communication and timely responsiveness
Willingness to work in-office in Irving, TX for the duration of the seasonal program
Interest in operations, logistics, housing, or business coordination
Previous housing or leasing experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
Role Details:
Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour
Schedule: Seasonal (Spring–Summer)
Work Environment: In-Office, Irving, TX
Start Date: Flexible based on availability
