Tri Delta’s Housing Team is all about creating safe, comfortable, and premier living spaces for our members. As the Housing Intern, you will gain hands on experience supporting interior design projects as you travel to different chapter houses across the country. You will also learn the ins and outs of facility management as well as the behind the scenes work to update and improve our homes. 

Do you enjoy:  

  • Creating welcoming spaces for Tri Delta members 

  • Traveling to chapter homes across the country for installation projects  

  • Designing premier living spaces  

  • Shopping for unique accent pieces that promote Tri Delta’s brand 

  • Creating marketing materials such as virtual tours 

As a Summer 2026 Housing Intern, you will do all of this while developing project management skills, gaining real facilities & operations experience, and helping elevate Tri Delta’s homes across North America. And the best part? You’ll walk away with skills that translate to any career: organization, communication, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, and more.

*Please note that the Tri Delta offices will be closed for the holidays beginning Monday, December 22nd and reopen Monday, January 5th. We welcome applications during this period! We will review your applications and answer questions about the positions when we return in the new year. 

  • Status: Part-Time, Temporary 

  • Location: On-site 

  • Travel: 90% 

  • Supervised by: Facility Projects Manager 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:  

  • On-Site Install/Property Improvements 

  • Assist with the install at a facility 

  • Communicate progress/completion of install/property upgrade to Housing staff 

  • Facility Management 

  • Assisting the housing team with facility projects 

  • Performing facility walkthroughs or mapping 

  • Performing facility check-ins after an install has occurred or is in progress 

  • Communicate progress/updates of facility management to Housing staff 

  • Administrative projects 

  • Assist the housing team with administrative projects 

  • These can include, but are not limited to: 

  • Updating stakeholder facing resources 

  • Data entry into budgeting software and Microsoft office products  

  • Marketing material updates and editing 

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required qualifications include: 

  • Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented work ethic 

  • Availability and flexibility to travel during May through August 2026 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university 

  • Valid Driver’s License  

Preferred qualifications include: 

  • Education or experience in interior design 

  • Tri Delta collegiate member in good standing
