Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets.
- Assist in the forecasting process to provide accurate, data-driven insights.
- Identify and communicate budget variances and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA).
- Experience with FP&A software (Vena) is a plus.
- Experience in the pest control or home services sector.
- Creating sales forecasts and working with statistical data.
- Previous exposure to working with senior management teams.
