What You’ll Do
- Be the owner’s main point of contact during the leasing process and deliver a “white-glove” client experience
- Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing info, coordinate next steps, and prevent delays
- Provide proactive updates so owners always know what’s happening and what comes next
- Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication
- Ensure documentation is collected and tracked properly according to company process
- Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement
- Escalate issues early when needed and protect client satisfaction through strong judgment
- 3–5 years of account management experience (this is required)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files at once with consistent follow-up
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues
- High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritize fast in a high-volume environment
- Leasing / property management / real estate operations experience
- Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments
- Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency
- Dual monitor setup
- Computer with 16GB RAM minimum
- 100 Mbps reliable internet speed

- This role offers performance-based compensation with the opportunity to earn approximately $45,000–$50,000 CAD annually based on performance. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
