We are a staffing agency based in Atlanta specializing in engineering/technician/business-related technical personnel. We are currently seeking individuals proficient in both Korean and English for HR / Recruiting Coordinator positions at Moveret.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.

Main Responsibilities and Future Vision:
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding paperwork and checklists.
- Maintain and update digital employee records and filing systems.
- Support HR compliance processes including I-9s, E-Verify, and internal audits.
- Coordinate internal communications regarding policy updates and events.
- Track and report on time-off, attendance, and benefits enrollment.
- Help draft HR documents including offer letters, memos, and employee communications.
- Post job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets or ATS tools.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding logistics and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and internal referral programs.
