Movement Search and Delivery is working with a manufacturing company in Santa Ana, California to identify and evaluate a Sr. HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.
What You Will Do:
Talent Acquisition (~50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
- Assist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
Sr. HR Generalist & Administrative Support
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
- Assist with employee relations matters, to include investigations, and day-to-day HR inquiries
- Provide HR administrative support, including documentation and record maintenance
- Support performance management processes and annual HR cycles
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional HR projects
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience & Background
- 2 – 5 years of experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or HR Generalist roles
- Proven experience supporting full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- HR Generalist experience preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience considered a strong asset
- Experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset
Technical Skills
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or Workday preferred
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
