As the General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for plant operations, providing strategic and operational leadership across:

- Sales & Customer Satisfaction
You'll be responsible for:
✔ Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team
✔ Driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and JIT initiatives
✔ Managing P&L performance, budgeting, and operational profitability
✔ Improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement metrics
✔ Ensuring compliance with AS9100, FAA regulations, and aerospace quality standards
✔ Optimizing inventory, reducing scrap and rework, and improving manufacturing efficiency
✔ Implementing schedule-based production planning and workforce strategies
✔ Using data-driven decision making and structured problem-solving to improve operational performance
✔ Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced manufacturing executive with:
- 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership within the aerospace manufacturing industry
- 5–7 years managing salaried leaders and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- Broad knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, aerospace specifications, and quality management systems

Salary : $230,000 - $260,000
