What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations Planning Manager position at Movement Search & Delivery?
We are conducting a confidential search for a SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) Manager and Demand Planning Manager with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the building products, utilities, and communication markets. This is a direct hire position and it is located around Defiance, OH.
Some key responsibilities will include:
-Set the vision and strategy for SIOP, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Inventory Control to ensure a “Best-in-Class” Supply Chain Management (SCM) Program
-Define and ensure team delivery against key performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, on-time delivery, or quality
-Set overall direction for SCM collaboration in the Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Manufacturing Planning (SIOP) process and drive KPI to ensure material planning matches demand for manufacturing
-Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service or Quality Assurance
-Lead reduction of overall supply chain risk through team development of supply chain contingencies and proactive resolutions for demand/supply imbalances and disruption

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Strong experience with SIOP in a high sku environment
* 3 years experience as a S&OP Manager and/or Demand Planning Manager and/or related position
* Previous supervisory experience preferred
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
