- Leads, mentors, and manages a team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develops and executes SIOP strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ensures alignment between and accuracy of sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Guides the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales patterns.
- Identifies discrepancies between actual and forecasted demand and recommends adjustments.
- Monitors inventory levels and analyzes inventory turnover rates to ensure optimal stock levels. Identifies opportunities to reduce excess inventory while preventing stockouts.
- Provides insights and recommendations to improve supply chain performance based on regular reports and dashboards of key performance metrics.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on demand and supply plans.
- Identifies areas for improvement in the SIOP process and implements best practices to enhance data accuracy, forecasting, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience
5 years: Five years of experience in Supply Chain operations (manufacturing, sourcing, purchasing) and/or Commercial Operations. (required)
