In this role you will drive successful placements of engineering, operations, finance, quality, EHS, and leadership professionals in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. What You Will Do:
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with internal teams and hiring managers to deliver well-matched talent
- Represent clients with professionalism and discretion throughout the process
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2 years of successful third-party, agency recruiting, or sales experience
- Excellent communication, candidate management, and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with comfort working independently against clear performance expectations
