The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Reporting to the Production or Operations Manager, this role leads frontline employees, enforces company policies, and drives performance to meet delivery, budget, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production teams to meet quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
- Coordinate workflow across departments and clarify roles and expectations.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching and evaluations, and administer recognition or discipline as needed.
- Address employee concerns and maintain accurate attendance, timekeeping, and performance records.
- Enforce safety policies, ensure proper use of PPE, respond to incidents, and file required reports.
- Support onboarding and training; assess employee readiness and track training progress.
- Recommend promotions, corrective actions, or terminations based on performance.
- Review daily production reports, communicate priorities, and ensure adherence to work instructions and quality standards.
- Participate in corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist HR with attendance tracking, scheduling, overtime, and staffing issues.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful, and harassment-free workplace aligned with company values.
- Support organizational quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
