Movement Search and Delivery is working with a Global Aerospace Manufacturer in Virginia Beach, VA to identify and evaluate a Process Engineer
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the metallurgical and materials aspects of our investment casting processes for both production and new development parts.
You’ll partner closely with Product Engineers (who handle dimensional requirements) to deliver highest yield, lowest cost castings while consistently meeting or exceeding customer quality standards. This is a hands-on role working directly with manufacturing teams in a collaborative engineering environment.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and debug processes for production and developmental castings
- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes
- Provide technical support to customers on materials-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
What You Need to Succeed:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering strongly preferred)
·Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
·Investment casting experience is a strong plus
·Solid understanding of statistical and analytical tools
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
