Salary Goals:

$160k-$170k bonus

About the Role:

Our client, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to join its corporate finance leadership team. This highly visible role will oversee global consolidations, corporate accounting, technical accounting, and enterprise-wide financial reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership and finance teams across the globe. This position offers outstanding exposure to executive management and the opportunity to influence financial strategy within a complex multinational organization.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the global consolidation and corporate close process across multiple business units and international operations
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial results and deliver insights to executive leadership
• Oversee the company's financial consolidation and reporting systems, including budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policies
• Provide leadership on complex accounting matters, including foreign currency, intercompany transactions, joint ventures, and other technical accounting topics
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, HR, and Internal Audit on strategic finance initiatives
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, systems, and analytics
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 5 years of accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate accounting
• Experience leading complex consolidations and multinational accounting processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with financial reporting and ERP/consolidation systems

Preferred Experience:

• Public company and SEC reporting experience
• Experience supporting global consolidations within a multinational organization
• Technical accounting experience involving complex accounting matters
• Experience within a large manufacturing environment
• Exposure to financial consolidation and reporting platforms
