Our client is a growing, innovative organization in the Baltimore area. As the company continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced Controller to take ownership of its accounting and financial operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a growing organization and can combine strong technical accounting skills with practical business judgment. The Controller will oversee core accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and financial planning while serving as a trusted resource to company leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and AI.
- CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required.
